Family Edition #1: What's In Your Makeup Bag‏?

I don't have guest writers on my blog, mainly because I like to feel like this is my space that I have total control over. However, I thought I would maybe get some of the other Morgans involved by finding out what is in their makeup bags. Let's start with my older sister Ella...

"It has to be said, I don't vary my makeup much. Annie can testify to this. My day to day make up is fairly consistent: I focus on my eyes, with black mascara and black eye liner. And yes I am aware that I mainly use L'Oréal products...

What I wear on a daily basis:
Foundation: I am still struggling to find that perfect foundation. I am currently using L'Oréal Magic Nude Liquid Powder which is a good choice for pale skin but I tend to prefer something with slightly higher coverage. I think this will be great in the Summer though - I'll have to go buy a darker shade!

Concealer: I use the L'Oréal Magic Lumi Highlighter under my eyes to brighten up the area and lightly conceal any blue tones.

Mascara: L'Oréal Voluminous Butterfly is my new true love. I find it easy to put on, it doesn't go clumpy like most do when I layer it. It is great for building length and adding volume. I apply this to both top and bottom lashes (only a little bit to the bottom though). I can't go anywhere without this mascara these days! It's great when you find THE one, I feel like the search is over.

Liquid eyeliner: L'Oréal Infallible The Super Slim lasts really well and is easy to apply. It can smudge a little bit but nowhere near as much as others I have tried in the past.

Bronzer: Bourjois Delice de Poudre is a fairly heavy bronzer but when you are as pale as me and want to create some definition and some warmth to your complexion then this is a good option.

Lips: I don't wear anything on my lips given that I go for dark eyes and that would be overkill especially for day wear. However, I do like the Nuxe Reve de Miel lipbalm, especially because it is more matte than other lipbalms but still very moisturising."

Thanks to Ella for helping with this post. As you can probably tell, I'm definitely the makeup lover in my family as she keeps things very simple is comparison to me!
