Skincare Favourites

 
I rarely talk about skincare and I don't know why because just like all beauty bloggers (and rational people in general), I know that makeup and skincare go hand in hand. If you don't have a smooth, moisturised base to apply your makeup onto, it's not going to sit well on your skin. As I have said in previous posts my skin was playing up (I basically had full on acne again) but now it is looking a lot better so I feel okay with sharing some of my favourites with you.

I don't have any money to buy anything new at the moment (which is definitely a good thing) but this means I have been going through products fairly quickly. Orange Lips & Cheeks

       
I love orange makeup on my lips and cheeks because I find it flattering on my skin tone and I generally just really like orange. I have owned MAC Morange for a little while now but this is the first time I have ever worn it and I think it's a really nice change from bold reds.

Obsessed With # 1 - MAC Girl About Town

 

I don't own a million MAC lipsticks, in fact I only have about six but I do think they are great quality and they have great shades considering the price (£14). I also love the kind of vanilla scent that they have - I hate lipsticks with a fruity smell, I find that really sickly. One that I have been wearing quite a lot recently is Girl About Town.

Best Foundations For Dry Skin

If you've been reading my blog for a while you will know that I have pretty dehydrated skin and at certain times of the year it gets super dry.
