This is barely even a recipe because all you have to do is blend all of these ingredients together, but for the sake of this post and sounding professional - that is what I am going to call it.
I've made a lot of smoothies in my time, I think they taste amazing and they're such an easy way to get a load of goodness into your body. This is the 'recipe' I have been enjoying for the last couple of days, I thought it might be gross but it's actually surprisingly delicious!
1 handful of spinach leaves
2 rings of pineapple
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of coconut milk (I used frozen coconut milk balls)
1/2 cup of apple juice
1/2 lemon's worth of lemon juice
Then you just put all the ingredients into a blender or use a hand blender - you can either drink it as it is or choose to sieve it if you want it really smooth!
