This was my first NARS eyeshadow and it's a duo.
I really wanted something a bit different from my usual greys and taupey colours and when I came across this on the ASOS website I immediately ordered it.
The colours are a peachy pink with gold shimmer and a deep purple with gold shimmer. I love the texture of NARS eyeshadows, they are nicely pigmented and are easy to apply and blend. Yet, my favourite thing about these eyeshadows is the sheer, golden shimmer tone they have which is not over-the-top but enough to brighten up the eye area.
I like to use these to create a smokey purple eye. Darker coal/black colours are just far too dark for my skin tone so this is a nice way of still going for a smokey look without looking (too) washed out. I enjoy using these together as well as separately.
Can you recommend any amazing NARS eyeshadows I should try?
