Current Makeup Favorites # 4

I haven't done a makeup favorites in a little while so I thought I would share with you all what I have been loving recently. These are all fairly new purchases of mine so I don't think I've ever really spoken about any of these products before.

I believe this mascara is called 'Flutter' instead of 'Butterfly' in the UK, and when it first came out it didn't really appeal to me or grab my attention. I love this mascara because it has a really interesting fanned out brush which means it really lengthens the lashes on the outer corners and it catches all the lashes. It's a great overall mascara for lengthening, separating and creating lots of volume.

Not my usual peachy/orange blush, this blush gives the most beautiful flushed affect to the cheek. It really brightens up my complexion and I reckon it would go with any skin type.

So I never really believed in eye primers because I never thought they did anything. I really wanted to try a good eye primer considering my eyeshadow has begun creasing on me. I got a sample of this when I made an Urban Decay order recently and I actually couldn't believe how amazing it was. I bought the full size the next day! I always use this when I'm wearing eyeshadow because it makes the color more vibrant and it just does not budge. This stuff is amazing.

These are hands down the best drugstore eyeshadows I have ever tried. Not only are they super soft and blendable but the pigmentation is really, really good and they come in really beautiful shades. I also love Bronzed Taupe and Eternal Black, but these two are my favourite for everyday wear at this time of the year. I like to apply it all over my lid with my fingers because you can really pack it on within seconds.

I recently ran out of my Tweezerman Brow Mousse so I thought I would try something a little different. I use this everyday and it does the job nicely: good hold, no flaking - which is all I ask for really.

Sign up at Nasty Gal for a chance to get your hands on a vintage Chanel bag. Ooh la la is right!
